Slated members can message you if you are tracking them or if you have your score-based messaging permissions enabled and their score is above the limit you set. Score-based messaging permissions are enabled on your account by default. ย
Changing Your Messaging Permissions
To adjust your messaging permissions, go to your profile and click 'Edit Settings.'
Then, under Privacy, you can adjust your messaging permissions by increasing or decreasing the score threshold of members who you wan to be able to message you.
You can expand the people who can message you based on a different score threshold, or allow anyone on Slated to message you.
A score threshold of 5 means that any Slated member with a Slated score of 5 or higher will be able to reach out.
You can also adjust your profile visibility here.
You can also restrict who can message you to only those members whom you track, or to no one at all.
