Does Slated Sell Pitch Decks or Lookbooks?

Written by Mitchell Sturhann

Slated has partnered with several talented graphic artists who can help filmmakers create a pitch deck or lookbook for their film.

A great deck can be a valuable asset for any film, as it can convey the look and feel of your project in a way that the screenplay may not. Additionally, a deck is often one of the first materials that interested parties will ask for (sometimes even before your screenplay).

Decks from Slated's partners tend to be about 10 pages long and are specifically designed to help sell your film to cast, crew, and financiers. As part of this package, a representative from Slated will work with you to nail down the language and layout for the deck. Then, the graphic designer will begin to create visuals and assemble everything into a cohesive final product.

The pitch deck is delivered in a 3 step process with one rough draft and 1-2 revisions thereafter. Delivery times usually range from 2-4 weeks depending on the designer's schedule and the filmmaker's response to deliveries.
